How soon after I place my order will you ship?
All “in-stock” orders are sent out within 48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Your order should normally arrive within two or three business days in the Netherlands. European orders may take up to five to seven business days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are depending on your country/region and weight of the package. Please note some items (ie. Lightsabers) can have abnormal dimension making it harder to ship, these items have special shipping rates (this will be shown upon checkout) for all other items we use the following rates.
Netherlands; flat rate of €5,99 for orders within the Netherlands.
Belgium; €9,95 (0-2kg) / €12,95 (2-5kg).

This includes all pre-orders and in-stock items. Mixed orders; for example orders containing pre-orders and in stock items will be shipped, when the entire order is available to ship. If you want your items to be shipped based on availability please do not mix your orders.
Last if your country is not listed it means that we currently do not ship to your region.
Are all your toys & collectibles you sell new, mint and boxed/carded?
All items we sell are brand new and straight from the factory case. We find it important to make sure you get the best quality, however in some cases we have found that some mass produced items (such as action figures) barely have any protection when they are packaged in the factories. Factory cases are often made out of cardboard boxes, items in these boxes on occasion may have slight blemishes on packaging. This is considered normal.
We are happy to exchange items (within reason), however we cannot pay return postage on items that have damaged packaging. We will always search for the best quality figure before we ship them out but we cannot guarantee a C-10 condition for figures we send, honestly these hardly even exist. As collectors ourselves we are very keen on making sure you receive quality items whether you collect, display, give-away or play. We will thus never send items that have anything more than slight blemishes or creases to the packaging.
We package items carefully to ensure that they arrive with you in the same condition that they are received by us. If the items are damaged in the transit, we cannot pay for return shipping. Couriers and Postal Service, do not consider an item damaged, if only the box containing the item is damaged, and therefore will not pay out for "damaged items" in these conditions. We will replace items at our discretion but in most cases we will refund returned items and ask you to reorder. Please contact us if you have any further questions (question@outlandertoys.eu)
Why should I pre-order? I can wait for stock, right?!
Pre-orders mean that we will make sure you get your figure immediately upon release. In some (rare) cases items pre-sell out, having a pre-order means you get the figure no matter what and you don't run the risk of missing out. In short; for some popular items it is always best to pre-order !
I changed my mind! Can I cancel my pre-order?
Short answer; Yes!
Long answer; Of course you can cancel your pre-orders. In order to do this just make sure that you contact us via either the contact form or send us an email; question@outlandertoys.eu please mention your order number. We will cancel you pre-order unless it has already begun to be processed or is being fulfilled/dispatched. Rest assured that there are no fees for canceling a pre-order.
Updating and changing orders.
We are unable to amend an order. If you want to remove or add an item to an order, you will need to cancel the entire order and re-order. If an order is in stock, it will be processed straight away, and it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel it. Although we are happy to cancel an order on occasion, we do reserve the right to cancel / block accounts if the pre-order and our easy cancellation system/policy is abused with a high percentage of order cancellations.
I have a pre-order, and I want to change the shipping address

When will I be charged if I pre-order something?
Your credit card will be charged a few days after ordering your pre-order, other payment methods are direct. If you choose to pay your pre-order in full you can often benefit from additional discount on items. Please note however that we offer the option of partial payments on most of our items.
How do these partial payments work?
In short you pay 25% of the item as a deposit and the rest later as we the items are in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
You often list an estimated arrival but how certain are you on these dates?
Unfortunately release dates for toys and collectibles are changed all the time. Sometimes items arrive sooner than expected, but it is far more common for release dates to be pushed back. All estimated release dates are subject to change. We will always try to update the site the moment a release date change is announced, however due to constant changes we will not email to inform you if a date changes slightly. Should there be a big gap between the expected date and the new date we will try to inform everyone. As soon as items become in stock we remove all estimated arrival data from the product page.
What country are you based in?
We are based in the Netherlands and are thus registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (nr. 83666087). We are VAT registered and pay taxes in the Netherlands via OSS scheme. VAT Number NL003855952B98
Where do you ship? Any oversea options?
We currently ship all over the EU. Unfortunately due to Brexit we are not currently taking orders for the UK. Nor do we ship to any regions outside of Europe. However we are constantly looking to improve our service and reach! Stay tuned!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most creditcards, including AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. We also accept Bancontact, Klarna and iDeal payments. We also accept the Dutch VVV Giftcard.
Please note that at the moment we do not accept PayPal payments as these are immediate payments and are often inconvenient for the buyer (you!).
