Shipping FAQ & Policy

How soon after I place my order will you ship?
All “in-stock” orders are sent out within 48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Your order should normally arrive within two or three business days in the Netherlands. European orders may take up to five to seven business days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer.

How do you ship? Which Companies?
We use DHL, DPD and PostNL for all our packages.

Note that we always use Track & Trace for your package so you always know where your package is. Upon shipment you will receive a mail from us detailing the courier company and the link to your track & trace code. Please reach out to us via service@outlandertoys.eu if you there is an issue with your package. 

Where do you ship? Any oversea options?
We currently ship all over the EU, please refer to the Shipping Cost area for more information on specific countries.

Unfortunately due to Brexit we are not currently taking orders for the UK. Nor do we ship to any regions outside of Europe. However we are constantly looking to improve our service and reach! Stay tuned!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are depending on your country/region and weight of the package. Please note some items (ie. Lightsabers) can have abnormal dimension making it harder to ship, these items have special shipping rates (this will be shown upon checkout) for all other items we use the following rates.

Netherlands;
 flat rate of €5,99 for orders within the Netherlands.
Belgium;  €9,95 (0-2kg) / 12,95 (2-5kg).

For shipments to the rest of the EU please find your country in the listing below. 

EU Zone 1; €12,95 (0-2kg) / €17,95 (2-5kg) 
LU, DE, AT, FR, DK, SE, ES, PT, IT, PL 

EU Zone 2; €19,95 (0-2kg) / 24,95 (2-5kg) 
IE, FI, MT, GR, CZ, RO, HR, HU, BG, SK, SI, LV, LT, EE

This includes all pre-orders and in-stock items. Mixed orders; for example orders containing pre-orders and in stock items will be shipped, when the entire order is available to ship. If you want your items to be shipped based on availability please do not mix your orders.

Last if your country is not listed it means that we currently do not ship to your region.

What country are you based in?
We are based in the Netherlands and are thus registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (nr. 83666087). We are VAT registered and pay taxes in the Netherlands via OSS scheme. VAT Number NL003855952B98

Please note that at the moment we do not accept PayPal payments as these are immediate payments and are often inconvenient for the buyer (you!).
